      Not a great place to work anymore

      Pros

      A history of not laying of people and sharing the pain. Unless you were an employee in a fab.

      Cons

      Having opened the door wide to double ordering during the boom of the pandemic they are still loading up their customers and channels with piles of inventory. There is a brain drain leaving a vacuum. with micromanagement by insecure managers on the rise. People used to love their CEO now those close to the top work in fear of the current guy. Useless HR who just apply policies created by the corner office.

      Night shift has a good work environment. Supervisors are very nice and laid back.

      Cons

      Pay isn't good. Night shift makes 18% and day shift makes 5%.
