      Very Flexible, Pays Well, No Micromanaging, Very Little Vacation

      Pros

      The managers are very flexible. They don't micromanage. The company has profit sharing. If you are in sales then you get extra profit sharing to compensate for the fact that you don't get commission. This is actually very nice because it allows for more collaboration.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that there is only 10 days of vacation when you first start. After two years, it increases by one day each year to a max of 20 days. This is ridiculously little amount of vacation.

      Great company to work for. Good salary. Health insurance. Private pension. Shares, quarterly bonuses. Lovely people as co-workers. Hybrid work

      Cons

      The company is staring to offer less flexility, when it comes from changing a day that you work from home with a day that you work in the office, for personal reasons.
