While it is true that there is always a lot of work to be done especially during times of acquisitions, we think this is the case with any organization that is expanding and growing as we are. It is to be expected. As far as rewarding and “recognizing go-getters” is concerned, we actually have a quarterly review process and since the beginning of this year alone, we have promoted a total of 871 employees worldwide. We know that career advancement opportunities are important to employees and we work hard to recognize folks whenever possible. We appreciate the opportunity to comment.”
