      Relaxed environment, Good people (Most)

      Cons

      Pay was not competitive, RSU were part of your total compensation, but if you retire or get laid off, you do not get to keep them. Executive Staff seems to make irrational decisions. No severance pay. (They are even getting out of the WARN notices.) Nepotism!!! (A BUNCH) Employees are our greatest strength - (not really)

      Great employees and mid level management.

      Cons

      CEO is heartless but acts as though he really care about employees. No severance package for employees that had been loyal for 35 years!

      -Highly Flexible with schedule -Work comes in consistently -People are generally friendly and personable

      Cons

      -Will not invest in necessary equipment or staff -Will let crucial deadlines slip past due to lack of planning and poor management -Team dynamics are highly chaotic with task delegation being played by ear -No Overtime -No Raises -No Bonus
