Successful, stable company with opportunities for advancement Compensation is good- quarterly bonuses have been REALLY GOOD!! All employees are shareholders which is awesome! Benefits are good- I especially love that we have a medical clinic onsite and the tuition reimbursement is another great perk. AMAZING CULTURE! Collaborative, team based environment which I love. Leadership is approachable and committed to employees professional development and growth. The work is challenging and employees have opportunities to work on projects outside their normal job responsibilities that they are interested in. Employee empowerment is a huge part of the culture. Employees are given the flexibility and freedom to make decisions which builds trust and inspires people to do their best.

Decent insurance (was better when it was Atmel though), and vacation time is pretty good as well. The work schedule is consistent, you always work the same days and have 3-4 days off a week (12-hour shifts). Overtime is often available, if you need extra money. Pretty accommodating for people who want to attend classes during work hours, even providing tuition reimbursement.
