      - Little to no egos. Most people I've come across are down to earth. - Modern payment structure, including stock benefits and more. -Free care clinic on site

      Cons

      -Things seem to move at a snails pace for individual contributors, managers swamped. -A bit lifeless around the building. It's manufacturing, so to an extent it is to be expected. However, very few posters, music, or discussion taking place. -On-site gym needs a serious renovation. No room for changing, just bathroom stalls. Equipment has to be at least 15 years old.
