      easy work, but bleeding employees

      Pros

      easy job to learn, 3/4 day weekend. Will hire you with no experience

      Cons

      Very Low pay. People are leaving left and right for other companies in the area that pay $5-10 more per hour. Management's response is to tell employees that they should work here for the "Culture" not the money. Pay probably won't increase until Minimum Wage does.

      It is easy to cruise by at this company by doing a minimal amount of work.

      Cons

      There is little or no room for meaningful career development or advancement for most employees. This is due to the fact that the company is not growing organically but is expanding through acquisitions.

      Fake Culture - summarized by "you're lucky to have a job". Weak Infrastructure Weak Benefits Weak Compensation - profitable company with unreliable bonus structure. Inconsistent Compensation - can vary by 20% or more from year to year.
