      - Great stock to hold if you are an investor - Stable company, who focuses on finances and long term growth, rather than the transient technology trends - Good company values/culture on paper

      Cons

      - No organic growth due to lack of R&D and appropriate investment - Management culture/value is very inconsistent, form site to site, department to department, to different level of management - Cheap, very cheap: they are enabling mediocrity and steadiness, rather than fast and innovative. A conscious choice of the company... - Pay not competitive - Work-life-balance is all over the place, some departments have it, others don't at all; depends from site to site
