Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the people are awesome. Most days, I didn't mind going to work. They provide parties every couple of months, and the immediate management wants to support you.
Cons
Pay is insulting. I think a lot of fast food jobs pay more. And a Production Specialist is the lowest on the totem pole, and from the corporate level, you are trivial and replaceable. Tough times from bad management decisions fall on the Specialists.
