Microchip is very conscious in the mindset/culture within the the company. It ensures that the employees have the right mindset to fit in the microchip culture. My personal testimony is because of this mindset, I learnt a lot at work not just technical but also soft skills (communication, coaching, delegation, committing, time management, and etc.

Microchip has concern to its employee. Microchip is willing to adjust/sacrifice to avoid laying off of employees, give help to employees in need. I consider this company a family that provides, supports and develops not just a workplace.
