Business Outlook
Pros
Communication Business Unit is well run: well-organized, professional, understanding managers. My experience mostly with the Product Development group: work-life balance seems good, flexible schedule during the day (e.g. if have to pick up kids, handle other things), healthy team environment.
Cons
Employees are probably under paid. Gradual cost cutting over the years, such as no more annual year-end dinner, and certain additional holidays for Canadian employees (such as Easter Monday) that were carried over from the previous company (which had been bought out by Microchip) have been gradually taken away.
