-Corporate environment, with rules, -good place to grow as a student -very stable environment, especially in times of need -for some (not all) can be a good balance between work and personal life
Cons
-not many career opportunities -management may differ from division to division -not all employees are professionals or engaged in the work -cannot eliminate the bad roots unless a big issue rises -key people are not always rewarded for their job
