      The company culture is lived, a lots of freedom to decide, job security, work-life-balance, compensation contains many elements, not only salary; if you are not focused only on salary, but also other benefits and the whole compensation package, it is then the greatest place to work; management is very professional and lives the company culture

      salary level is low, it is compensated through other benefits, flat structure, opportunities for advancement are limited
