      Unique and empowering culture, management is very flexible and understanding

      Cons

      Slightly less salary than other companies, but over time this should be compensated by bonus, RSU and ESPP

      People I work with are great, goals set by management are clear and each step of the way I am afforded new opportunities to build myself and our company.

      Cons

      Haven't encountered any negatives so far. Pay could be a little bit higher but considering I am very new to the company, that is not too surprising.
