      Pros

      * Same work so don't need to use brain * Paid retirement life while you are working

      Cons

      * full of politics for raise and promotion * Promotion(3-4% salary increase) or raise(1-2% salary increase) give as a favor in such bad economy( it always bad for them) * Manager can not digest innovative idea from Juniors.

      The day I left was one of the best days of my life! If you want to use your brain count it as a blessing if you get laid off or quit!

      Cons

      Where to start? The list is so long! Lying to employees. Berating employees and management. Not honoring severance agreements.
