      Amazing to work with the people that are designing the actual microcontrollers and related support tools/documentation Able to tap into a lot of knowledge and easy to go around, ask and learn Stable work place (no layoffs in moments of crisis) Managers are considerate of the employees and they mean what they say (there are no hidden messages between the lines). They walk the talk. Good work/life balance Best lunches in town
