Management can suffer from indecisiveness and analysis paralysis. Recently the many acquisitions have caused them to re-evaluate the product road maps multiple time per year, which can be very detrimental to the moral of the development teams.
An inside joke is to call the company "Micro Cheap" because they pay the bare minimum they can get away with, leading to frequent employee turnover. Their benefits are just on the acceptable side of things, nothing too great. They preach an inverted organizational chart, where managers exist for the benefit of the employees, but don't realize that concept in terms of openness, communication, inquiry, or compensation. The CEO has recently adopted a "be glad you have a job and stop asking for a raise" mentality recently.
