      Overall good work environment,I like what I do, good benefit, enjoy the people I work with.

      Better communication within the my department. Standardize the tools we are to use. More trust from management outside of our department.

      Pros

      The culture is consistent, supportive, and enjoyable. We have the freedom to "think outside the box." If that results in a problem, we review what went wrong then are encouraged to continue being innovative in our pursuit of growth. We have a worldwide team that works together for the good of the company, not individual recognition.

      Cons

      With the numerous acquisitions it has been more challenging for everyone to adapt to our culture fundamentals. And we continue to learn new approaches to improve our successes, but some management is slow at practicing what they preach.

      Great work life balance. You have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      Not competitive pay. The attrition rate in the bay area is high due to lack of competitive pay structure.
