      Pros

      If you are looking for stability, you found the right place. Very stable, no surprises and on a personal level people are all nice

      Cons

      No innovation, no empowerment ( essentially all is decided by two c-level people), nothing which remotely costs money will be approached. In here people do what needs tobe done. "Just keep it running" Workforce has some cult-like attitude towards their leader.

      i am so glad i left the company. if your company got acquired by mircocheap, run as fast as you can!

      Lack of innovation. you basically do day to day job and not learning any new technology. poor management and never trust what they tell you!!!
