      -Flat hierarchy for such a large company in 2008 -Paid back paycuts very soon after bottom of US recession -Varied projects to work on -50% engineering, 50% people-facing technical sales -Competitive pay -Co workers actually know what they're doing

      -Located in San Jose, CA which is really boring -I hear it's not such a great place to work anymore, much more political

      Cons

      Management has a history of rail roading any good idea, pure bureaucracy. Lot of politics, and only way to move forward is to patronise bosses.
