      Work Life balance. Internal training. Profit sharing.

      Cons

      Below average pay. No teamwork culture. Success is only measured financially. Internal advancement based on how long one works in the company. You are supposed to do what you are told. Several levels of hierarchy. IT-Systems from the 70s, company culture from the 80s.
