      - Work/life balance achievable, flexible - Great people to work with - Good benefits overall - Solid (top) leadership - Pleasant work environment

      Cons

      - Tendency to 'box' employees by a specific expertise - little opportunity to expand horizons - Run 'lean & mean' so everyone becomes critical (see prior comment) - Work sometimes not very challenging (repetition) - No true technical career ladder

      supervisors are flexible Appropriate recognition is given for both well done and not so well done work. Benefits are good

      Cons

      Everyone shares in company success, but exceptional contributions / contributors are not rewarded as well as they could be. (some extreme disparities).
