      Cool people , need challenging work

      1. Cool people to work with 2. Good communication from management 3. Respect for the employers 4. Work life balance can be easily maintained

      Cons

      1. The work is not that great , almost everything is "legacy" , as a senior design engineer, just doing design simulation is not that challenging. 2. In that respect fear of career , professional growth lingers on your head.
