      Pros

      Strong company culture with low turnover and excellent benefits. While base salary typically falls right at or below averages, overall total compensation has its advantages especially considering company performance has consistently far exceeded standards over the past years and work life balance is priceless!

      Cons

      Innovation is severely lacking, no efforts to improve processes/workflows. Support areas such as IT, Finance, Payroll, HR, Training are in dire need of consultants - external resources to prove there ARE easier, faster and cheaper ways.

      Pros

      -Upper Management clearly cares about all employees (bonuses, no layoff mindset, management taking paycuts before others, pushing one-on-ones etc.) -Engaging work. You're helping to making microscopic circuits! What's not cool about that. -Quarterly bonuses -Great coworkers -Comforting and success oriented culture.

      Cons

      -A lot of systems are not standard across the company. (due to the amount of acquisitions) -Not really a con but: compensation is pretty much stuck at the industry median. -Investment in employees trying to get higher education in Engineering is not great.
