Pros

Very nice people, you learn a lot, have fun and start your careear

Cons

Very bad management, a lot about company values that are not respected at the end of the day. Kind of working for the state, but you work in private.

Pros

Can’t think of anything for pros

Cons

- Naveen from QA Dataservices team treats freshers very badly, lacks manners and demonstrates poor behaviour. - Poor communication skills. - No proper training, they just make a presentation of basic SQL syntax and call that as training. - No brief is given when any new project starts , they expect you to beg them for details then only they will brief you. - Extreme levels of micromanagement, they will send you texts if they don’t see you at your desk when they pass by. - Makes personal comments and has no boundaries, if you say you are unavailable due to personal work they will go to the extent of asking what personal work it is. - Shouts and yells if things don’t go accordingly, lacks basic manners.
