More leisure time. (But personally I won't consider it as work-life balance, too much of leisure will kill one's talent.)

Cons

Learning and growth opportunities will be below average. Too much of politics internally which will impact your hikes, promotion, and finally your peace of mind. Guiding values are limited to paper, management never cares for it. There is big gap between management and employees, you don't get responses from management for any kind of enquiries/concerns. Treats employees like slaves upon resignation.
