Global company, so sometimes get opportunity to shift places, multicultural. Reputation for Micron for outside people is better so it's easy to explain things better.

Cons

Salary is average and bonus is low even when the company hits record profit. Manager in Asia might not experienced enough

good benefits and vacation. top notch process and technology (in some aspect). good resources and some co-workers are real exporters.

Cons

poor management and inefficient operation. Very limited career development. Little raise. Very hard to get promotion even you meet the basic conditions for promotion. Some leads/managers are very "push".
