strong culture of inclusivity and diversity, that it is skewing more towards a malaysian company rather than a singaporean company. WFH once a week, with flexi-options depending on arrangements with direct supervisor

Cons

very deep in woodlands north. zero travel options for west, but shuttle buses are provided to the east/ admiralty. bi-annual surveys done to collect feedback and taken very seriously, during which management will aggressively brainwash and prompt for good survey scores. management can get toxicly paggro when the survey scores are not what they desire - "why cannot sound out earlier? "etc. extremely niche industry, not applicable else where
