Good salary base, with benefits such as in-house clinic, subsidised canteen food, $700 budget to cover specs and medical bills. Helpful colleagues who are willing to guide you, it is a nice working environment.

Cons

Slow career progression. Problem solving is no longer using technical knowledge rather than debating across department. Nepotism is here too.
