Decent pay for Process Engineer but low compared to other companies and in the current Boise market you will be living paycheck to paycheck Some nice people Work life balance for employees is decent

You're just a number Management has no real purpose No social opportunities or outlets Lay you off with a smile :) specifically white and chinese men (literally told this by someone in HR outside of work) No real scientific or engineering knowledge development in the job Racism and hate speech is everywhere
