Depending on which department and what role you play, you may be required to work long hours. You will be paid for overtime; it is a mental thing of whether you are willing to do it. You will most probably be working offshift, so working on holidays is part and parcel; just that once again you will get paid for it

Perhaps those people know how easily their jobs can be automated... -Data quality, validity, and significance is irrelevant as long as you have a pretty Powerpoint presentation. -Unless you have some knowledge to bring to the table that this company doesn't want a competitor to have, don't expect to be recognized on technical know-how. -Quality of work is measured by how long you're in the building, and how many emails you "Reply All" to. (badge readers at each exit track time on site down to the second). -Upper management is a revolving door of transplants from Boise who have no qualms about regularly throwing massive amounts of subordinates under the bus.
