      * Great $$$ especially for area * Very committed and diverse workforce * Tons of growth opportunity if open minded and flexible

      Cons

      * Silo'd throughout orgs thus leading to mis-aligned direction / vision amongst VPs that carries over to workers * Often executes Paralysis through Analysis thus putting off decision making. Results become a whack a mole response for attempts to make up
