      1. Free coffee… if you can find the machine, lol 2. You’ll become a master at surviving chaos 3. Great place to test your cortisol limits

      Cons

      1. Leadership strategy changes more often than the lunch menu 2. "Work-life balance"? Wait. What is even that? Only work. No life. The office is one remote villa where they lock you in like a prison. 3. Promotions are based on proximity to the CEO’s ego, not performance 4. No documentation. Tribal knowledge is power. People hoard it like treasure. 5. Company values: “We're a family.” (Read: you’ll never leave, and they’ll guilt-trip you if you try) 6. Salary? Let’s just say... you're here for the experience 7. Office AC set to "Arctic Expedition" or "Sauna" — never in between
