      Pros

      There is training provided for fresh graduates and is a good place to begin your career. Starting remuneration is competitive and the people are generally positive, little backstabbing.

      Cons

      Depending on your department, it may be rather hierarchal. This isn't one of the companies with a flat hierarchy so you will have to know how to navigate bosses and handle higher ups.

      Cons

      focus on expanding company comes first as compared to employee satisfaction in terms of benefits such as pay increase. in other words, poor recognition/awards
