      Good opportunities for growth, but not so good for promotions. Flexible with time off.

      Pros

      Technical and challenging. Good opportunities to show leadership and performance. They are flexible about time off usually and give a good amount of time off.

      Cons

      Long hours during the regular work week. Promotions are very difficult to earn and are rarely given. Business often struggles.

      Pros

      For a high tech company, Micron is a good place to work. Value employees and treat you well. They try very hard to avoid laying off employees.

      Cons

      The memory industry is pretty rough to work in - very cyclical. Micron has also been backing out of some of the benefits they've offered in the past.
