When I landing @ Micron it was a big mistake for me happen to be work over there. This company management made me lose respect, feel ashamed and nuisance. I supposed to get full training from my team mates upon transitional workload. But it never be the right approach, henceforth harassment and bullying from the same team group. I ended up with threatened to leave the company by tender my resignation due to have different opinion with management. At the sametime lodge a report over to them how was I being treated. (harassed, bullied and discriminated on my age). Senior Management and HR Sr. Management just pinpointed my weaknesses all the way with carelessness.
