      Pros

      Microsoft is a great place to work at with lots of opportunities for growth and career development. the benefits are great and management is very flexible with respect to taking time off.

      Cons

      it is a big company with very bright people. so to shine, you have to work very hard and be extraordinary too. you could shine much easily in smaller companies.

      Don't think you can change anything, Old Cruddy windows crew runs the place, No space for innovation - the market proves it. . Only competition is internal. very very politicized.
