* The company works hard to ensure inclusiveness with its employees and products. * Above average compensation for the area * Good benefits * Interesting products to work on
Cons
* The compensation does not scale as good as other companies. If you want consistent salary and incoming growth you might have to leave. * Certain teams and organization are prone to long periods of crunch time. You might have to move around internally to get the preferred work life balance. * Ton of re-orgs. In my 3 years at the company I was moved, without my input, to 3 different teams and had 4 different direct managers.
