The biggest disadvantage that you must be a contractor for a couple of years until becoming an intern. Medium Salaries unpaid overtime and lots of work on Critical Cases for days, very stressful atmosphere Micro management and lots of nonsense meetings of sometimes no meetings at all. using only one source technology from Microsoft.
