Pros

- You can get paid a lot to do nothing. - Nice facilities (some newer ones) and lots of amenities. - Decent engineers that get hired. Good ones leave within few years though.

Cons

- Politics pay more so if you learn bullying tactics and how to steal credit while shift all blame - you are better off than getting anything done. - Old/dated technology/tools: I have worked in 7 different positions there ranging from dev to test and realized in 5 years I am falling behind my development peers and had to leave despite ignoring politics and trying to do development. - middle management that insists on making decisions despite not knowing how work is done (they were busy playing politics)
