      Growing global company with much potential for continued growth. Great culture...Strong, capable, and supportive team at all levels of the organization. Excellent growth and process oriented leadership team. Continues to invest in new tools, capital equipment, facility improvements, and people.

      Following the company changing ownership in 2020, two management personnel whom fostered a negative work environment left the company, or were removed. These changes supported the needed improvements to the work environment.
