      Many good people, at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Following the company changing ownership in 2020, two management personnel whom fostered a negative work environment left the company, or were removed. These changes supported the needed improvements to the work environment.

      Coworkers are great, easy to work with, and fun.

      Cons

      Management at every level is not there to help you. If you go to them with concerns or ideas on how to help things function better, it falls on deaf ears. Upper management has even said that production workers are all useless.
