      Pros

      The original employees are awesome.

      Cons

      Micros bought out Premier, then decided to close the whole location and over 45 people become unemployed. Severance package is a joke.

      Huge disconnect between Product and General manager It's obvious that managers Product manger has no people experience. 2-3 years of layoffs using company restructuring excuse. Reviews are never given.. No clear direction from management. Over compensated managers with non deliverables.
