      Pros

      Good coworkers, everyone is very positive and kind. The work is interesting

      Cons

      Bad health insurance, bad PTO, no sick time, mandatory clocking in and out of work as an exempt employee, corporate likes to mandate a vacation day be used on December 26th. No real upward mobility and they will pay you as little as they can. Good place to stay if you don’t need benefits and want to end your career in the position you’re hired for. Corporate is horrible and they don’t care about the employees.

      For the Shirley, MA location there are no good comments.

      Cons

      Facility and MRP software (which is not available) are outdated and all equipment that you count on getting your job done always breakdown. You get the blame for not getting your job done when resources and so-called management are not available.
