      Decent salary and nice new building.

      Cons

      No management support even you asked for help many times. Anything goes wrong, you will be blamed. Management told you one thing and turned around said he never said that and gave you a warning for poor performance.

      Pros

      Mid level management and production staff is great. Niche industry that cannot fail if managed properly.

      Cons

      Senior Management is horrible. Teamwork is nonexistent. Culture is top down management. HR involvement is excessive. No training. No growth planning or career visibility. Professional positions unable to utilize skill sets do to micro management. Established process is horribly documented. Standard engineering systems are nonexistent. Projects are not assigned, professionals must locate issue independently, and if project is chosen incorrectly, you are scolded for making incorrect decision.

      The reason to work here is the people! The people here are some of the nicest, smartest people i have ever gotten to work with. They are willing to teach you when you dont know whats going on, and willing to let you learn.

      Since this is a small company some things are slow moving, but not usually anything that would hinder ones job
