Upper management does not care about employees. Always pushing for unrealistic goals above consistent volume increases at my facility. Provided a joke of a raise when previously promised double what was given. Sad to see careers ruined by some suits in NY.

The new management have not got a biscuit on how to manage, respect or talk to staff. We were just an employee number. Very low morale and job security, favouritism was clearly shown and if you weren't one, treated very badly. There was no life /work balance and the in office bullying was rife- with very little action taken to stop it. Horrible place to work, esp when they make valuable employees redundant and employ spiteful people as "managers". Real shame.
