Pros

Being a smaller bank there's less politics and each banking center really becomes like a family. It's very easy to move up in the company as long as you hit your goals.

Cons

Being a smaller company it's harder to get new business in. You really have to do a lot of marketing but you have a little more freedom than you do with bigger companies as well

Pros

Great team/coworkers, beautiful branches at new centers

Cons

Not enough call center reps to help customers so they wait a long time on hold and are angry by the time you talk to them/they come into branch
