Pros

Family bank, friendly employees, good pay.

Cons

Sick days are not really part of the benefit package. They give you paid sick days, and then doc you in the annual review which determines yearly raises. It's also included in your salary along with Holiday pay. If you use it it lowers your review, if you don't use it you lose it.
