Pros

Midfirst bank is a great place to work. There are so many opportunities to do anything you want to do. They are one of the biggest small companies and they continue to grow.

Cons

The rules are strictly enforced as they should be. They have no tolerance for violating policies. The training program at MFB is lacking, sometimes throwing new employees into hostile situations.
