Pros

An amazing employer that values and makes its employees recognized.

Cons

There are no major cons to MidFirst. The only thing I wish I could see is a promotion chart to know which skills I needed to develop for a promotion.

Pros

People at the branch work well together. They give a lot of support and help you feel comfortable learning more about the job and your role. Manager at this branch has great leadership and consistently encourages you to grow.

Cons

I noticed HR doesn’t handle things very privately. They make it known that there’s issue cause friction and discomfort.

Pros

The company seems to really care about their employees. They offer team building activities such as bowling or golf. They also bring I. free food trucks some times.

Cons

Their pay is not competitive. I applied for a job, and never heard back from HR or received an interview. My application status remained under review for 6 months.
